- Integrated Command Center: Handles digitization, CCTV surveillance, digital lock monitoring of manufacturing/distribution/transport activities
- Help Desk: Manages liquor supply chain via computerized system; resolves public/licensee complaints
- Training Academy: Trains department officers/staff in excise laws and procedures
