POSTING CONDITIONS

Any officer who attempts — directly or indirectly (प्रत्यक्ष वा अप्रत्यक्षपणे) — to exert pressure or influence to modify this order shall be held liable for:

• Violation: Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979
• Classification: Misconduct (गैरवर्तणूक)
• Action: Disciplinary proceedings (शिस्तभंगविषयक कारवाई) shall be initiated against the concerned officer
