    2. Bound by Earlier Conditions: All officers remain bound by the terms and conditions specified in Government Order dated 04 August 2022 (not reproduced in this order).

    3. Automatic Termination of Additional Duties: Any overload or additional charge given to these four Superintendent positions shall automatically cease upon the officer assuming charge of their new posting.

    4. Anti-Pressure Clause:

       • Any attempt to influence, modify, or challenge this order through pressure (official or unofficial)
       • Violation of: Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979, Rule 23
       • Consequence: Disciplinary action including suspension, demotion, or dismissal possible

       • Immediate Implementation: This order comes into force with immediate effect and does not permit any transition period.
