Important Notes / Conditions / Penalties:
• Continuity: The extension is a continuation of tenure, not a fresh appointment. All temporary positions maintain their existing status.
• Scope: The extension covers:
• No Automatic Regularization: This extension does NOT confer permanent status on temporary positions. Further action by the department will be required for any regularization or continuation beyond 31 August 2022.
• Validity: After 31 August 2022, the status of these positions will be subject to fresh government orders.
• Issuing Authority: Issued under the authority vested in the Home Department by the Finance Department (विभागीय अधिकार), as per the delegation framework dated 22 February 2022.
