   • The Department is responsible for investigating any such matters in accordance with prevailing Government Rules.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination:

   • This sanction is granted with the consent of the Public Works Department (Letter No. Anousun-14/2022/Ima-2, dated 02.02.2022).
   • This sanction is granted with the consent of the Finance Department (Informal Reference No. Anousun-99/2022/Vyay-8, dated 09.03.2022).
   • The Public Works Department shall execute the construction work while adhering to all the above conditions.

3. Public Works Execution: The construction shall be executed by the Public Works Department while maintaining adherence to all above conditions.

4. No Financial Commitment Beyond Approved Amount: The sanction is limited to the revised estimated cost of ₹6,936.23 lakh. Any additional costs require separate administrative sanction.

5. Budget Constraint: All expenditure must be charged to the specified budget head (4059 1033 — Major Works) and must not exceed the sanctioned amount without prior approval.
