• Pressure Prohibition: Any attempt — direct or indirect — to pressure or influence the transfer order is strictly prohibited
• Violation Consequences: Any such attempt will be treated as a violation of Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1979, constituting misconduct (गैरवर्तन), and disciplinary action will be initiated against the officer concerned
