Leave Rules Compliance: Transfer must be executed within the period prescribed under Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Appointment on Probation, Probationers' Service and Suspension, Removal from Service) Rules, 1981
Absence During Transfer: Any absence by a transferred officer at the new posting during the probation/leave period will be treated as "dies non" (अकायवदिन) — non-working days, and will not count towards service
Stricture Against Pressure: Any attempt (direct or indirect) to pressure the Government to change this transfer order is a violation of Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979, and will result in disciplinary action against the officer
Medical Exception: Officer Sl. No. 39 (श्री. व्ही. एस. शेटे) — transfer postponed by 1 year due to medical reasons; position extension permitted for 1 year
Retirement Exception: Officer Sl. No. 31 (श्री. संभाजी अ.कोळी) — not transferred; current position extended as retirement is less than 1 year away (सेवानिवृत्तीस 1 वर्षापेक्षा कमी कालावधी शिल्लक असल्याने)
