Clause 2 — Immediate Implementation:

• Order is effective immediately (तात्काळ अंमलात येतील)
• Officers are released from duty at their current postings effective 10.08.2020 (म.नां. = महीना नं./Month No.)
• Officers must join their new postings immediately without waiting for any separate order
• No separate directive from the Commissioner of State Excise or regional authorities is required
• Officers must assume charge and submit a report to the Government immediately upon assuming new posting (पदभार स्वीकारल्यानंतर)
• Officers are prohibited from taking unauthorized leave (अनधिकृत रजेवर जाऊ नये)
• Salaries of transferred officers will be drawn from the date of this order (10.08.2020) by the new office ONLY — no backdated salary will be drawn by the previous office under any circumstances (पेतन कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत या आदेशाच्या दिनांकापासून बदलीपूर्व कार्यालयाने आहरीत करू नये)

D. ANTI-PRESSURE / ANTI-CORRUPTION CLAUSE

Clause 3 — Prohibition on Pressure & Penalties:

• Any direct or indirect attempt to pressure for modification of this transfer order is strictly prohibited
• Such attempts constitute violation of Rule 23 of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979
• Violations will be treated as misconduct (गैरवतवूक)
• Disciplinary action will be initiated against the officer attempting to interfere
• This provision applies to officers attempting to reverse, modify, or circumvent the transfer order

IMPORTANT NOTES / CONDITIONS / PENALTIES

1. NO SEPARATE ORDERS REQUIRED: The Commissioner of State Excise and regional authorities do NOT need to issue separate posting/release orders. This GR itself serves as transfer and release order.

2. IMMEDIATE CESSATION OF DUTIES: Officers cease all duties at old postings as of 10.08.2020.

3. SALARY CUTOFF: Salaries transferred to new office from the exact date of the order. Previous office will not draw any salary from this date onward.

4. DISCIPLINARY CONSEQUENCES:

   • Violation of Rule 23 of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979
   • Disciplinary proceedings for misconduct (गैरवतवूक कारवाई)
   • Applicable to any officer/person pressuring to modify order
