Summary: This is an administrative transfer order of an Superintendent (Grade-A), State Excise Department. The officer, Mr. Ganesh Patil, currently posted as Superintendent at Kolhapur, is transferred and posted to the position of Superintendent at Ahmednagar, effective 10 August 2020. The transfer is made in accordance with Maharashtra Government Employee Transfer Regulation Rules and the Prevention of Delays in Official Duties Act, 2005. Prohibition on Unauthorized Leave: The officer is expressly directed NOT to proceed on unauthorized/unapproved leave.
Salary/Pay Jurisdiction: The salary of the transferred officer shall continue to be drawn from the previous office (Kolhapur) until the order takes effect. From the date of this order, no payment shall be made by the previous office under any circumstances.
Standing Orders: This order serves as both a transfer order AND a discharge order. No separate directive from the Commissioner of State Excise is required for implementation.

Rule Violation: Any attempt, direct or indirect, to pressure for change in this transfer order shall constitute a violation of Rule 23 of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979.
Consequences: Such interference shall be deemed misconduct, and disciplinary action shall be initiated against the officer concerned.
