     • The exact date on which the officer was relieved from current post
     • The exact date on which the officer reported to new posting
   • This information must be conveyed to the Government immediately (त्विरीत कळवावे)

5. Section 3 — Anti-Circumvention Clause:
   • Any attempt — direct or indirect — to challenge, obstruct, or seek relief against this transfer order is prohibited
   • Such attempts constitute a violation of Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979
   • Any violating officer shall face disciplinary action (शिस्तभंगविषयक कार्यवाही) initiated against them
