SUMMARY

This Government Resolution grants administrative approval for the allocation of one vehicle (car) to the newly created post of Superintendent, State Excise Department, Palghar District. MANDATORY CONDITION FOR VEHICLE ALLOCATION:

The allotment of the vehicle is conditional upon (अटीच्या अधीन राहून):

All working/deployed vehicles in the State Excise Department and its subordinate offices must be promptly recorded in the centralized vehicle management system (महावाहन संगणक प्रणाली) on an urgent basis.

Non-compliance with this condition may result in withdrawal of the vehicle allotment or administrative action.

SPECIAL CONTEXT:

• Palghar District Creation: Palghar became a new administrative district on 1 August 2014, carved out from parts of Thane district (ठाणे विल्यातील काही तालुकयांचा मिळून)

• This GR is consequential to district reorganization and represents administrative restructuring of the State Excise Department to reflect new district boundaries
