MANDATORY IMPLEMENTATION CONDITIONS
Section 2 — Release from Current Posts:
- Officers at Entry Nos. 1-9 shall be relieved from their current postings to take up new postings immediately.
- Transfer orders shall be implemented with immediate effect.
- Officer at Entry No. 10 (Shri K.M. Jadham) is granted tenure extension in current posting due to imminent retirement within the fiscal year.
Section 3 — Taking Charge of New Posts:
- Transferred officers must immediately cease functioning in their previous posts upon relief.
- After being relieved from current posts, transferred officers must take charge at their new postings without delay.
- LIABILITY CLAUSE: Any officer who fails to take charge of the new posting within a reasonable time period, if the situation arises where the relieving officer cannot be provided with work and forced leave is granted with salary and allowances, shall be held individually responsible for such payment.
- Reporting Requirement: The relieving officer and relieving date from the current post, and the taking charge date at the new post, must be communicated to the Government (महाराष्ट्र शासनास) immediately.
Section 4 — Prohibition on Unauthorized Interference:
- No officer shall attempt, directly or indirectly, to apply pressure or influence to modify or reverse the transfer orders.
- Any such action shall be deemed a violation of Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979 (महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (वतनूक) नियम, 1979).
- Penalty: Officers found attempting to pressurize or influence the transfer orders shall face disciplinary action (शिस्तभंगविषयक कारवाई) under the Conduct Rules.

IMPORTANT NOTES / CONDITIONS / PENALTIES
1. Immediate Implementation:

2. Disciplinary Consequences:
- Any officer attempting direct or indirect pressure to modify the transfer order violates Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979, Rule 23.
- Violation shall result in disciplinary proceedings (शिस्तभंग कारवाई) against the officer.
3. Financial Accountability:
