SUMMARY

This Government Circular publishes the supplementary/additional senior citizen service seniority list (तात्पुर्ती अतिरिक्त सेवा ज्येष्ठता यादी) as of 01.01.2016 for officers in the Deputy Commissioner (Grade-A), State Excise Department (उप आयुक्त (गट-अ), राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क सांवर्गातील अधिकारी) cadre.

The circular incorporates appointments made during the period 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015 and amends the final service seniority list previously published on 14.07.2017 by incorporating new promotions ordered on 01.09.2015. Officers and affected officials are given 15 days from publication to raise objections or report errors in seniority rankings and other details. Objections received within the prescribed period will be considered before publishing the final consolidated seniority list; objections received after the deadline will NOT be considered.

  • Any errors are identified in the published data

• Objection Submission: Representations must be submitted to Government of Maharashtra (शासनास प्रतिवेदन सादर करणे)

• Treatment of Late Objections: Representations received after the prescribed 15-day deadline shall NOT be considered (विहित मुदतीनंतर प्राप्त होणार्या प्रतिवेदनांचा विचार केला जाणार नाही)

• Final Action: After the objection period, the Government will issue the final consolidated seniority list (अंतिम सेवा ज्येष्ठता यादी) as of 01.01.2016 incorporating valid objections received within the deadline

• Distribution: The Commissioner, State Excise, Maharashtra State, is directed to distribute this supplementary seniority list to all concerned officers and maintain copies in the office
