- Expenditure shall be met from the sanctioned grant (मंजूर अनुदान) of the respective financial year.
- Salary payment shall be adjusted against the approved budget of the concerned financial year.
3. Commissioner's Responsibility
- The Commissioner of State Excise, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, shall:
- Ensure proper salary disbursement during the extended tenure
- After completion of the ad-hoc extension period, submit a proposal to Government for permanent substantive appointment within the prescribed period (निर्हित मुदती)
- This power is delegated to the Commissioner of State Excise
