3. Commissioner's Responsibility

• The Commissioner of State Excise, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, shall:
  • Ensure proper salary disbursement during the extended tenure
  • After completion of the ad-hoc extension period, submit a proposal to Government for permanent substantive appointment within the prescribed period (निर्हित मुदती)
  • This power is delegated to the Commissioner of State Excise
