This Government Resolution mandates the special transfer and posting of three Superintendents (Group-A) of Maharashtra State Excise (राज्य उत्पादि शुल्क) in connection with the General Elections to Lok Sabha 2024, as per directives issued by the Election Commission of India (ECI) dated 21 December 2023. The transfers are issued under the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Regulation of Transfer and Postponement of Official Duty) Act, 2005, Rules 4(4) and 4(5). B. IMMEDIATE EXECUTION CLAUSE:
All officers must immediately hand over charge of their current postings to other officers as per ECI guidelines dated 21 December 2023.
Officers must assume charge of their new postings as per the transfer orders listed above without delay or exception.
