IMPORTANT NOTES / CONDITIONS / PENALTIES

1. Temporary Nature: These posts are not permanent; they exist only for the 2-year training duration (03.10.2023 – 02.10.2025). Upon completion of training and probation, candidates shall be adjusted in regular permanent posts as per recruitment rules.

2. Financial Regulation: Expenditure incurred shall be met from the sanctioned annual budget grants. No supplementary demands shall be entertained unless budgetary provisions are made.

3. Compliance with Finance Department Instructions: This GR is issued in strict compliance with the Finance Department's authority as granted vide GR dated 20.02.2016. Any deviation shall require prior approval from the Finance Department.

None directly. This GR pertains to creation of temporary administrative/supervisory posts within the State Excise Department for probationary officers during training. It does not amend, create, or modify any liquor license categories (FL-I, FL-II, FL-III, FL-IV, CL-I, CL-II, CL-III, Toddy, Neera, etc.) under the BPA 1949, BFLR 1953, or MCLR 1973.
