Services at Sr. Nos. 1–11 (licence grants) are processed by the Collector or Superintendent as Designated Officer; appellate hierarchy rises to Principal Secretary, State Excise.
Services at Sr. Nos. 12–14 (personal permits) are processed at a lower level — Sub-Inspector as Designated Officer — with the appellate hierarchy capped at Superintendent, State Excise.
The longest processing time is 120 working days for Form FL.W-I (wine import/trade licence), which additionally requires prior Government approval.
The shortest processing times (2 working days) apply to personal one-day/annual permits and temporary club licences where venue registration is already complete.

- Hotel/club/restaurant licence
- **Processing time:** 2 दिवस ते 120 दिवस

- **Appeal:** Commissioner → Principal Secretary, State Excise

**Group B - व्यक्तिगत permits (सेवा क्र. 12-14):**
- One-day permit (कंट्री लिकर / फॉरेन लिकर खरेदी-वहन-सेवन)
- Annual/lifetime permit (दोन्ही प्रकारच्या दारू साठी)
- **Processing time:** 2 दिवस
- **Authority:** Sub-Inspector, State Excise
- **Appeal:** Inspector → Superintendent, State Excise
