## Renewal साठी अनिवार्य (MUST BE DONE):

**1. Pollution Authority चा अनुमति-पत्र (Consent to Operate)**
- हा valid असला पाहिजे
- License authority कडे submit असला पाहिजे

**2. Building/Technical Approvals**
- संबंधित अनुमती-पत्रे file मध्ये असली पाहिजेत

**3. Outstanding Dues (बकाया पैसे)**
- जर licensee "Defaulter" classified आहे → पहिले 30 दिवसांचा नोटीस द्या
- बाकी न दिल्यास renewal नकार द्या
- पैसे दिल्यास तुरंत renewal मंजूर करा
