What This Document Contains:
Provisional Seniority List as on 01-01-2021 for the clerical/stenographer cadre employees of the State Excise Department, covering three sub-cadres:
The list excludes employees who had retired, taken voluntary retirement, resigned, died, or left service for other reasons by 31-12-2020 from the final seniority lists of 01-01-2015 to 01-01-2020.
Employees or officers with objections to seniority entries, date of birth, retirement date, caste category, or other recorded details must submit representations within 15 days through the concerned Divisional Deputy Commissioner/Superintendent, with attested document copies.
Divisional Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents are directed to show this list to concerned employees, record acknowledgment, and verify accuracy of entries.
Late representations will not be considered. After considering timely representations, a final seniority list will be published.
One employee (Sri B.J. Tagade) has a pending criminal case under Section 84/13; another (Sri A.D. Bhavsaar) has an anti-corruption (ACB) case (Dhule PS 5/2018) — both noted in remarks column.
Promotions given per GA Dept. letter BCC-2017/PR.CR.312/16-B dated 28-12-2017 are purely provisional/temporary on open-category posts by seniority, subject to the Supreme Court's SLP No. 28306/2017, and confer no right to regular promotion, seniority, or other service benefits.
