A provisional seniority list as of 01.01.2023 was published on 06.04.2024. Divisional Deputy Commissioners/Superintendents were directed to show the list to Sub-Inspectors under their offices and invite objections within 15 days. After incorporating corrections received pursuant to those objections, this Final Comprehensive Seniority List (दि.०१.०१.२०२३ रोजीची सर्वसमावेशक अंतिम सेवाज्येष्ठता यादी) is now published.

The list covers approximately 400+ Sub-Inspector cadre employees, recording for each:

• Name
• Mode of appointment (Promotion/Direct Recruitment — पदोन्नती/सरळसेवा)
• Date of birth
• Category/Caste (SC/ST/OBC/Open etc.)
• Date of joining the cadre
• Seniority date
• Date of superannuation
• Educational qualification
• Remarks (e.g., supernumerary post, promotion declined, probationary status, deceased, court matter pending)

Authority: Issued by Joint Commissioner (Administration), State Excise, Maharashtra, with the approval of the Commissioner.

This document falls outside the scope of Prohibition Act amendment analysis. It is a service/HR record document and does not amend any rule, section, fee, or regulation under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
