M.F-I (Mhowra Flowers) is a specialized wholesale license for possession of Mhowra flowers — used in country liquor manufacture. This is NOT a drinking license.
Off-Consumption Restrictions: CL-III, TOD3, FL.BRII, FL.W-II, and FL.W.I are explicitly "NOT to be drunk on the premises" — sealed bottle sales only.
On-Premises Restrictions: FL-III (Permit Room) and FL-IV (Club) are restricted to imported or Indian-made foreign liquors subject to special excise duty rates.
One-Day Permits: CL-C and FL-F are temporary permits for single occasions (not recurring licenses).
Lifelong Permits: FL.X-C allows permanent (lifelong) possession and use rights for foreign liquor and country liquor.
