2. Temporary One-Day Club License (Form FL-IV)
Sale of imported foreign liquor and IMFL (duty-paid at special rates) at clubs
- Timeline: 2 working days after premises registration (Sr. No. 1) and complete application
- Designated Officer: Collector (District Collector)
- First Appeal: Commissioner, State Excise
- Second Appeal: Principal Secretary, State Excise Department
3. Temporary One-Day Club License for Wine (Form FL-W-IV)
Sale of wine at clubs temporarily
- Timeline: 2 working days after premises registration and complete application
- Designated Officer: Collector

4. Trade and Import License for Foreign Liquor (Form FL-I)
Removal from customs frontier, import and sale of foreign liquor and IMFL (duty-paid at special rates), off-premises consumption
- Timeline: 60 working days after complete application

5. Trade and Import License for Wine (Form FL-W-I)
Removal from customs frontier, import and sale of wine, off-premises consumption
