## **विशेष नियम (Special Provisions)**

### **1. Single-Class Membership Club — 25% सूट**
- Club जर फक्त एका वर्गातील सदस्यांना permit दिली तर fee 25% कमी होते
- हरवेळ Excise Commissioner कडून certificate लागेल

### **2. Cantonment Area (छावणी क्षेत्र)**
- तेथे जवळच्या Municipal/Corporation area चे fee लागू होते

### **3. Beer Endorsement (बिअर विक्रयासाठी अनुमती)**
- Sealed bottles विकण्यास: CL-III renewal fee च्या 40%
- Restaurant मध्ये: ₹40% of FL-III fee
