REVISED SUPERVISION CHARGE SCHEDULE:

The gazette provides three detailed proformas (Forms 1, 2, 3) calculating daily supervision charges for five posts across different city classifications:

Form 1 - X Class Cities:

• A-1 Class: Greater Mumbai cluster (Mumbai, Mira-Bhayandar, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan-Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Ambarnath, Badlapur municipal corporations)
• A Class: Pune cluster (Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad corporations, cantonments)

Form 2 - Y Class Cities:

• A Class: Nagpur (corporation + Hingna, Wadi)
• B-1 Class: Nashik cluster, Amravati, Aurangabad cluster, Bhiwandi cluster, Solapur, Kolhapur cluster
• C Class: Vasai-Virar, Malegaon cluster, Nanded-Waghala, Sangli-Miraj-Kupwad cluster

Form 3 - Z Class Cities:

• All other cities/towns not classified as X or Y

• ₹6,500-9,999: ₹400/month
• ₹10,000 and above: ₹500/month

Effective Dates:

• DA 28% and HRA revision: 01.07.2021
• Pension contribution 14%: Retrospective from 01.04.2019 (arrears April-July 2019 recoverable)
