Application Process Requirements:
A) For Imports from Outside India:

- Manufacturing Cost
- Assessable Value
- Custom Duty
- MRP (Maximum Retail Price)
- Special Fee
- VAT
- Transport Fee
- Click "Save" after entering quantity and system-calculated fees
- Upload mandatory documents:
- Bill of Entry
- Purchase Order
- Sign Application (Form A)
- Challan (payment receipt)
B) For Imports from Out of State (Interstate):
- Navigate to "Import Application" → "Import Application for out of state"
- Click "Add New"
- Select whether import is for Civilian or CSD (Canteen Stores Department)
- Select appropriate Type
- Enter quantity and system will calculate:
- Manufacturing Cost
- MRP
- Import Fee
- VAT
- Transport Fee
- Upload mandatory documents:
- Sign Application (Form A)
- Challan
