What This Notification Does:
This is NOT an amendment to the Maharashtra Prohibition Act or its licensing rules. It is an administrative approval notification from the Maharashtra Home Department granting financial sanction for outsourced facility maintenance services at the State Excise Department headquarters building.
The government has approved a total expenditure of ₹22,98,835 (rupees twenty-two lakhs ninety-eight thousand eight hundred thirty-five, inclusive of all taxes) to M/s Lokbharti Unemployment Service Institute Ltd., Shivdi, Mumbai for cleaning, sanitation, and gardening services to the State Excise Building from 01 November 2025 to 30 September 2026.
