Summary:

This is NOT a Prohibition Act (BPA) amendment. The notification grants administrative approval for construction of a first-floor administrative office building for the Excise Inspector, Kheda Division, Pune District. The project is under the State Excise Department (Home Department) and will be executed by the Public Works Department.
