   • Any attempt to exert pressure or influence regarding the transfer directive is a violation of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1979, Rule 23
   • Such violation constitutes misconduct, and disciplinary action will be initiated against the officer(s) concerned
   • Disciplinary proceedings will follow Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1979, Rule 23 provisions
