Immediate Implementation Requirements:
- All officers must immediately assume charge at their newly designated stations
- Commissioner of State Excise (आयुक्त, राउशु) must ensure strict adherence to the following directives

Directive A — Immediate Release & Assumption:
- Officers must be immediately relieved from their current positions upon receipt of this order
- Upon completion of their current post formalities and return, officers must be immediately taken on strength (दरबारीसेवा/joining) at their new postings
- Liability clause: If officers are not immediately taken on strength, resulting in non-working forced waiting period (idle waiting), responsibility for wage and allowance payment must be fixed on relevant officers, and disciplinary action will be initiated against them

- The Commissioner of State Excise must immediately inform the Government regarding:
- The exact date on which each officer was relieved from their current position
- The exact date on which each officer assumed charge at their new posting station

Directive C — Prohibition of Coercion (Anti-Corruption/Ethics):
- No officer (directly or indirectly) may exert pressure to modify this order
- Any attempt to exert pressure or influence regarding the transfer directive is a violation of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1979, Rule 23
- Such violation constitutes misconduct, and disciplinary action will be initiated against the officer(s) concerned
- Disciplinary proceedings will follow Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1979, Rule 23 provisions
