Clause 2 — Transfer Order Implementation Procedure:
Immediate Effect: This order comes into effect immediately (तात्काळ अंमलात येतील).

No officer may directly or indirectly attempt to exert pressure or influence to change or modify this transfer order (बदलीच्या आदेशात बदल करून घेण्यासाठी कोणत्याही अधिकाऱयाने प्रत्यक्ष वा अप्रत्यक्षपणे दबाव आणण्याचा प्रयत्न).
