   • Date on which officer reports to new posting location (नवीन पदस्थानेच्या ठिकाणी कोणत्या दिनांकास हजर झाले)

3. Prompt Reporting: Officer must report to new posting location on date specified by relieving authority

LEGAL CAVEATS

1. This promotion is expressly stated to be temporary and ad-hoc (निर्विळ तात्पुरत्या स्वरूपात) and does not establish any permanent appointment or seniority rank.

2. The promotion is conditional on and subject to the decision of the Supreme Court in SLP No. 28306/2017 — meaning if the Supreme Court intervenes, this promotion can be recalled or modified.

3. No seniority benefits accrue — the officer promoted under this order shall not be entitled to any rights of permanent or regular promotion, nor shall seniority be computed from the date of this temporary promotion (सेवाज्येष्ठतेचे कोणतेही हक्क प्राप्त होणार नाहीत).

4. Posting is mandatory — officer must report to Bhararadi Pathak, Satara, on the date specified by the relieving authority.
