MANDATORY COMPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Clause A) — Immediate Charge Handover:
- Transferred officers must be relieved immediately upon receipt of this transfer order.
- Officers shall vacate their current posts forthwith and proceed to their new postings.
- Officers must assume charge of new posts without delay upon arrival.
- No gap period ("काम न देता सक्तीचा प्रत्यक्षाकाळ") shall be created.
- If an officer is not relieved/accepted at the new posting due to negligence, the responsible officer(s) shall be held personally accountable for payment of salary and benefits during any unauthorized waiting period.
Clause B) — Reporting Requirement:
- The Commissioner must submit a report to the Government specifying:
- Exact date of relief from current posting
- Exact date of assumption of charge at new posting
- For each transferred officer
Clause C) — Statutory Basis:
This transfer is made under the Maharashtra Government Employees (Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Government Duties) Act, 2005 — with prior approval of competent authority.
PROHIBITION ON INTERFERENCE
Clause 4: Anti-Pressure/Anti-Influence Provision
- Any officer (transferred or otherwise) who attempts — directly or indirectly — to influence, pressure, or seek modification of this transfer order shall be in violation of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979, Rule 23.
- Such conduct constitutes misconduct and shall invite disciplinary action.
