2. LEGAL AUTHORITY AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT:
- These transfers are made in accordance with Section 4(4) of the Maharashtra Government Employees Transfer Regulation and Anti-Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005 with prior approval of competent authorities.
3. IMMEDIATE IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
a) Release and Assumption of Charge:
- Transferred officers must be immediately released (karyamukti) from their current postings upon receipt of this transfer order.
- Officers must immediately assume charge (karyabhaar svikara) at their new postings without any delay.
- Upon arrival at new posting, officers must be immediately taken on charge (vija karun ghyave) by receiving authority.
- Failure to take officer on charge at the new posting shall result in the receiving officer being held liable for any administrative issues related to work assignment, forced waiting period, and salary/allowance payment.
b) Notification to Government:
- The Commissioner, State Excise (Ayukt, RAUShu) must immediately notify the Government (Shashan):
- The exact date when each transferred officer was released from current posting
- The exact date when each transferred officer assumed charge at the new posting
4. PROHIBITION ON PRESSURE/INTERFERENCE:
- No officer, directly or indirectly, shall attempt to exert pressure or influence to modify, change, or reverse this transfer order.
- Any such attempt shall constitute a violation of Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979.
- Such conduct shall be deemed misconduct (gairvartnik), and disciplinary action (shishthbhang-vishyak karwai) shall be initiated against the offending officer.
5. GOVERNMENT APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION:
- This order is issued on the orders and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra (Maharashtrachya Rajypal yanchya aadeshanusaar va navane).

IMPORTANT NOTES / CONDITIONS / PENALTIES
1. TENURE COMPLETION RATIONALE:
- All six transferred officers had completed three (3) years of tenure in their current postings, making them eligible for transfer rotation.
2. REASON FOR TRANSFER:
- These are routine administrative transfers to ensure balanced deployment and prevent indefinite posting in a single location — standard government practice to improve administration and reduce personal favoritism or corruption risks.
3. MANDATORY COMPLIANCE — NON-NEGOTIABLE:
