Duration: Supernumerary posts are valid for 2 years only — from 02.05.2016 onwards. After successful completion of probationary training, candidates shall be adjusted into regular cadre vacancies.
Direct Posting Conditional: Officers shall be posted under the Commissioner, State Excise establishment only after they complete training.
Fund Provisioning: Funds must be released in advance based on actual attendance of candidates at training institutions (not on sanctioned strength).
Salary Payment: Officers' salaries during training period must be processed through official channels of General Administration Department.
Budgetary Constraint: All expenditure must be met from approved budget allocations. No supplementary budget revision is implied.
GAD Compliance: Commissioner must strictly follow all directives issued by General Administration Department regarding training, posting, and financial administration.
