SENIORITY LIST — DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENTS (GROUP-B) AS ON 01.01.2013

WHO IS AFFECTED:

• Deputy Superintendents (Group-B), State Excise Department, Maharashtra Government

• All officers in the Deputy Superintendent cadre whose names appear in the seniority list as on 01.01.2013

• Relevant officers at RAUSU (Commissioner's office), Mumbai and subordinate excise offices

• Administrative and HR personnel managing seniority, promotions, retirements, and inter-se seniority disputes among Group-B officers

IMPORTANT NOTES / CONDITIONS / PENALTIES:

1. Status as Final List: This list supersedes the temporary seniority list dated 24.06.2015. Any disputes regarding seniority should now be resolved based on this final list.

2. Reference Criteria:

   • For officers recruited by direct service (सरळसेिा): Seniority date = Date of appointment
   • For officers promoted from lower cadres पदोन्नती): Seniority date = Date of promotion (or deemed seniority date if specified with asterisk *)

3. Retirement Dates Specified: Each officer's date of superannuation is explicitly listed. Officers retire on the date mentioned in the table.
