Conditional Promotion Regularization:

• Officers at Serial numbers 18–22 were granted ad-hoc (temporary) promotion and their inclusion in the seniority list is conditional upon regularization of their promotion on the date of ad-hoc promotion.
• This means: Promotion granted ad-hoc on 24.02.2009 (S. No. 18) or 24.08.2011 (S. No. 19–22) must be formally regularized on those exact dates to make their seniority permanent.
• If regularization is NOT completed, their status in the seniority list may be altered when the final seniority list is published.

Final Seniority List:

• After the 15-day objection period, the Government will consider all received representations and publish the FINAL seniority list as on 01.01.2013.

Nature of This List:

• This is a TEMPORARY/INTERIM seniority list and not the final definitive list.
