This GR grants administrative approval for the construction of an administrative office building and guest house for the Superintendent of State Excise, Satara at survey plot no. 62, total area 0.46 hectare, located at Godoli village, Satara district, on departmental land. The government approves expenditure of ₹14,50,80,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Crore Fifty Lakh Eighty Thousand only) for this project. The approval is granted under the authority of the Financial Powers Rules, 1978, Part-I, Sub-section Five, and Maharashtra Public Works Rules, Section 134. Compliance with Rules: The project shall be executed strictly in compliance with:
Land Ownership: Construction is permitted only on departmentally owned land (0.46 hectare at Godoli, Satara)
Budget Sanctity: All expenditure must be incurred within the approved amount of ₹14,50,80,000/-
