चपराशी व जवान या पदांची परीक्षा अनुक्रमे एक व चार दिवसात विविध सत्रात घेण्यात आलेली आहे. सदरची परीक्षा ऑनलाईन असल्यामुळे प्रत्येक सत्रात वेगवेगळे प्रश्न विचारण्यात आले होते. त्यामुळे काठीण्य पातळीमध्ये समानता राहावी म्हणून गुणांचे समानीकरण (Normalization) करणे आवश्यक असते. या दोन्ही पदांसाठी ज्या उमेदवारांनी परीक्षा दिली आहे, त्यांना नियमित व समानीकरण (॥९०॥॥8॥281101))- ॥॥७811 91810810 Deviation Method 1 vada मिळालेले गुण या विभागाच्या वेबसाईट वर प्रसिध्द करण्यात आलेले होते. मीन स्टॅन्डड डेव्हीएशन qe (Mean Standard Deviation Method) बाबतची सविस्तर माहिती फॉर्म्युला सह या विभागाच्या संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध आहे. लघुलेखक (निम्नश्रेणी), लघुटंकलेखक, जवान तसेच जवान-नि-वाहनचालक गट-क प्रवर्गातील आणि चपराशी (गट-ड) संवर्गातील लेखी परीक्षेत निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांची यादी या विभागाचे संकेतस्थळ |॥॥०5://518188)00158.118118185118.00४.॥॥ वर दि. १४ जून, २०२४ रोजी दु. १२.३० नंतर पाहण्यास उपलब्ध होईल.
तरी या प्रसिध्दीपत्रकाद्वारे चपराशी व जवान पदासाठी लेखी परीक्षा दिलेल्या उमेदवारांना अवगत करण्यात येते की, त्यांची लेखी परीक्षा एका पेक्षा जास्त सत्रात घेण्यात आली असल्या मुळे मीन स्टॅन्ड डेन्हीएशन मेथड (॥॥७811 51810810 (9608101 ॥॥७॥१०0) या पध्दतीचा अवलंब करुन गुणांचे समानीकरणांती (॥०1॥॥॥8॥281101)) त्यांची निवड गुणवत्तेनुसार पुढील प्रक्रियेसाठी केली जाणार आहे. जवान व जवान-नि-बाहनचालक या पदासाठी लेखी परीक्षेत निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांची पुढील मैदानी चाचणी जून, २०२४ अखेर अथवा जुलै, २०२४ मध्ये घेण्यात येईल. तसेच लेखी परीक्षेत निवड झालेल्या लघुलेखक (निम्नश्रेणी), लघुटंकलेखक संवर्गातील उमेदवारांची लघुलेखन कौशल्य व्यावसायिक चाचणी घेतली जाईल. त्याबाबत ठिकाण, तारीख व वेळ यथावकाश या विभागाचे संकेतस्थळावर तसेच पात्र उमेदवारांना त्यांचे ई मेल अथवा मोबाईलवर संदेश पाठवून कळविण्यात येईल. आयुक्त, राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, मुंबई. डीजीआयपीआर/२०२४-२०२५/क्र.५/0-१७९

About Normalization: - Normalization means adjusting values measured on different scales to a notionally common scale. Need for Normalization in Exam: - Exam pertaining for a particular post/course could be spread across multiple shifts which will have different question paper for each shift. The normalization is to be done by considering the difficulty level of each set, since the questions may be different in different sets and difficulty level of a particular set may be different from other sets. Hence the normalization of scores needs to be carried out for all the candidates who had written the exam, across shifts for the same post/course.
