FL-2 — Foreign Liquor (Bar & Restaurant / Off-Premises Shop)

Red = Critical — inspectors always check these

Daily Sales Register (DSR) CRITICAL
Rule 47, BFLR
Must be filled daily without fail. Inspectors check this first.
Stock / Inventory Register CRITICAL
Rule 44, BFLR
Physical stock must match the register at all times.
Purchase Register with permits/invoices CRITICAL
Rule 45, BFLR
Every purchase must have a valid transport/import permit.
Transport / Import Permits (originals) CRITICAL

Keep all permits received with each consignment.

  • Income tax / business tax clearance (if required)

Fee depends on population bracket of the city/town. Check latest GR for current rates. Pay via challan at designated bank.
