Prohibition Against Pressure/Influence:

If any person, directly or indirectly, attempts to exert pressure, influence, or coercion to modify, alter, or influence this transfer order (शासन आदेशात बदल घेण्यासाठी दबाव आणण्याचा प्रयत्न), such action shall constitute:

• Violation of Rule 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979 (महाराष्ट्र नागरी सेवा (वर्तणूक) नियम, 1979, नियम 23)
• Misconduct (गैरवर्तणूक)
• Grounds for Disciplinary Action against the officer concerned (संबंधित अधिकारीविरुद्ध शिस्तभंगविषयक कारवाई)
