DISCIPLINARY PROVISIONS:
Section 4 - Prohibition of Pressure/Coercion:
- No officer shall attempt — directly (प्रत्यक्षपर्े) or indirectly (अप्रत्यक्षपर्े) — to exert pressure (दबाव आर्ण्यचा प्रयत्न) to modify or alter the transfer order
- Violation constitutes breach of Rule 23 of Maharashtra Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1979
