What this form is for
Form R. S. VI-E is a monthly register that records the rectified spirit (including absolute alcohol) a licensee received, sold and held in balance, reported in bottles of 750 ml, 500 ml and 250 ml. It is maintained by the holder of an R. S. VI licence, who must keep it for each month of the licence period and sign it. Entries trace each receipt to its source and transport pass, so the register shows how stock moved during the month. The form is prescribed under rule 32 (1) of the Bombay Rectified Spirit Rules, 1951.
