What this form is for
Form R. S. VI-C is a monthly return that records the rectified spirit or absolute alcohol received for bottling, the quantity used and lost as wastage, the bottles filled and transferred, and the closing stock. It is filed each month by the holder of a licence in Form R. S. VI-A, as required by condition 4(2) of that licence. It is submitted for every month in which bottling operations are carried on or stock is held. The form is prescribed under The Bombay Rectified Spirit Rules, 1951, made under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
