Pass for the transport (not incidental to purchase) of rectified spirit (including absolute alcohol)

What this form is for
Form R.S.V is a three-part transport pass that authorises the movement of rectified spirit, including absolute alcohol, where the transport is not incidental to a purchase. It is issued by the competent officer to a licensed transporter for a specific consignment, route, destination and validity period, and the issuing officer must sign and seal each part. Part I is the counterfoil, Part II travels with the consignment, and Part III is sent to the Inspector of Prohibition and Excise at the destination. The form is prescribed under rule 23(1) of the Bombay Rectified Spirit Rules, 1951, and is granted under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949, on the condition that the consignment is not broken in transit.
