What this form is for
Form T.D.-6 is a register used to record the daily receipt and sale of toddy at a licensed toddy shop, including opening and closing balances, wastage and any toddy destroyed. It is maintained by the licensee, or an authorised agent who signs the entries, on each day toddy is received or sold at the shop. The register supports stock reconciliation against transport passes and sales. It is prescribed under rule 18 of the Maharashtra Toddy Shops (Licensing) and Toddy Trees (Tapping) Rules, 1968.
