FORM R.S. II-B is a monthly return that records the rectified spirit, including absolute alcohol, a licensee received, used and held in balance during a given month. It is filed by the holder of a licence under the Bombay Rectified Spirit Rules, 1951, at the end of each month, to account for opening stock, purchases under transport passes, quantities used and closing stock. The form is prescribed under rule 15(b) of the Bombay Rectified Spirit Rules, 1951, framed under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949.
