Licence for the Manufacture, Possession and Consumption of Toddy for Domestic Use

Licence is hereby granted to Shri ______ resident of village ______, Tahsil ______, District Chanda, on payment of a fee of seventy-five paise, authorising him to manufacture, possess and consume toddy for domestic use only, subject to the following conditions:

1. The licensee shall tap only the trees specified below (or as separately authorised) and shall not tap any other tree.
2. The toddy shall be for domestic consumption only and shall not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any other person.
3. The licensee shall not manufacture toddy in quantities exceeding the requirements of his own domestic consumption.
4. This licence expires on 30^th June ______ (the next 30^th June following the date of grant).
5. The licensee shall abide by all provisions of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and the Toddy (Manufacture, Possession and Consumption) Rules, 1961.
