What this form is for
Form I is a four-part export pass that authorises the movement of Indian-made foreign liquor from a distillery, brewery, bonded warehouse or shop to a consignee in another district or State. It is issued by the Collector, or an officer issuing the pass, to an exporter who has either executed a bond for the duties and fees or paid them under the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949. The parts serve as the Collector's record, the importing-place officer's copy, the warehouse officer's copy and the exporter's copy. It is prescribed under rule 23(1) of the Maharashtra Foreign Liquor (Import and Export) Rules, 1963.
