FORM D [See rule 11 (1`) (a)] Form of general bond for payment of a sum sufficient to cover the amount of the duty leviable under the Bombay Prohibition Act. 1949, on the total quantity of Indian made foreign liquor which may be imported from time to time during a period of three years to be executed by an importer, before passes are granted to him to import such liquor in bond from other parts of India.
