What this form is for
Form D.S. XXXV is a register that records exports of ordinary denatured spirit and the related claims for refund of transport fee. It is maintained by the holder of a D.S. VI licence, who enters each export consignment against its transport pass, the transport fee paid, and the export pass. The register also tracks the importing State's certification of receipt, which supports the refund claim. It is prescribed under rule 50-A (2) of the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
