What this form is for
Form D. S. XXXIII is a monthly return register in which a licensee accounts for denatured spirit, showing the opening stock, quantity purchased, quantity used and closing balance for the month. It is filed by the holder of a Form D. S. IV licence at the end of each month, so that the licensing authority can reconcile receipts and consumption of denatured spirit. The form is prescribed under condition 10 of Form D. S. IV and is governed by the Bombay Denatured Spirit Rules, 1959.
